Q: How do we access the reports?

We deliver the information through subscription access to our website. The data allows you to
quickly identify a company's strengths in comparison to other providers of the same services.
With this knowledge, you can rapidly differentiate your brand and make informed decisions that
have a direct impact on your market share.

Products
Q: Where does your data come from?

Nice Insight randomly selects respondents from a group of over 40,000 qualified individuals
who are key industry influencers and decision makers. Survey respondents answer between
30 and 40 questions, based on their answer choices and outsourcing behaviors.

Products
Q: How accurate are the results?

Nice Insight implements random sampling coupled with external selection to help ensure
that results represent an accurate reflection of the industry. Our surveys also meet the
criteria of a scientific poll, meaning there is an equal chance of selecting any member of
the targeted population, as respondents are chosen at random and are not self-selected.
Additionally, the live survey includes screener questions to remove non-relevant respondents
from the data set.

Products

Q: Why are there no services in the compare dropdown list?

The services dropdown will only include the services that the companies selected have in

compay to the compare grid at a time.
